This study is an exploration of the changes made by individuals and societies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic; a way of offering a glimpse into what the future may hold by transporting you to 2021 and asking you to reflect on your 'new normal'. Once we get your answers, we will use this information to create different scenarios, that might indicate where we are collectively heading.
